Two Sri Lankan films have been chosen for the 28th Busan International Film Festival in South Korea that takes place from 04 to 13 October.
Prasanna Vithanage’s ‘Paradise’ will compete under the category ‘Jisok’, named after co-founder of the festival, the late Kim Jisok.
Its screening will happen on 07, 08 and 10 October.
‘Whisphering Mountains’ by Jagath Manuwarna has been chosen under the category ‘a window on Asian cinema’.
It will be shown on 07, 09 and 10 October.
