Minister Mahinda Amaraweera says he is yet to be informed that he has been removed by the SLFP as its senior vice president.
He has told Neth News that the removal of its MPs for accepting ministerial portfolios will make no safe future for the party.
Amaraweera has claimed that the six MPs, including himself, have joined an all-party government as proposed by the SLFP.
The SLFP announced yesterday (21) that its six MPs who joined the government have been removed from party positions for going against a decision by its central committee.
The others are Nimal Siripala de Silva, Lasantha Alagiyawanna, Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, Jagath Pushpakumara and Chamara Sampath Dassanayake.
