President Ranil Wickremesinghe is plotting to summon Supreme Court judges to parliament and question their ruling with regard to the local government polls, charges NPP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
Speaking to the media, Dissanayake claimed SLPP MP Premnath Dolawatte’s raising of a point of privilege in the House was part of that plot.
SJB is an immature political group
The SJB is an immature political group that seems scared and engages in a very hilarious playacting, JVP leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake has alleged.
It is acting a comedy like children who dash everything they can get hold of on the ground, he told journalists.
We have sympathy for their political activities, election platform and statements, he said.
Dissanayake also challenged Mahinda Rajapaksa, who claims himself to the media to be an unchallenged politician, to come out of limbo and declare it openly.
Today, he belongs to a completely rejected group, the JVP leader added.
