A Sri Lankan soldier fighting alongside Ukrainian forces against the invading Russians has suffered serious injuries from cluster bombs.
Ranish Hewage accused Russian forces of committing war crimes against Ukrainians, including the use of the banned white phosphorus and other chemical weapons.
In an interview with ‘Sandeshaya by Saroj’ in Kerkf, he admitted both sides were responsible for such crimes.
