The opposition intends to seek a vote with regard to the speech due to be delivered to the House by president Ranil Wickremesinghe on 02 July, reported lankadeepa.lk.
Quoting parliament sources, it said the request will be made to the parliamentary affairs committee that meets today (28).
All MPs have been asked to attend the session when the president makes his speech, which comes soon after his address to the nation last night.
