A newly-built children’s ward complex at Apeksha Hospital in Maharagama is to be opened on 03 September.
Named ‘Kadira Devapeksha’, the ward complex has been built with donations by devotees to Ruhunu Kataragama Maha Devale and labour contributions by the Air Force.
Construction of the fully-fledged facility is now complete, said Basnayake Nilame Dishan Gunasekara and the committee of trustees of the Devale.
The public has been invited to attend its opening.
